Fathers Day Poem | Poetry Inspired

We celebrate the dad’s, who are tough as stone

But love their children, to the bone

Who keep us on track, throughout the year

That never shows, one drop of fear

We’re thankful, although it may not seem like it

I thought it would be better, if I attempted to write it

Family Reunion Poem

Shared dreams, hopes, and values

A day where families unite in volume

Summer, is mostly the time this is done

Because it signifies the warmth, of our love and then some

We spend time, eat, do things that are festive

Talk about our accomplishments, you know things that are progressive

Make a couple plates, with chick, beans, and ribs

Have fun, let loose, and don’t be afraid to live
